Delete your account

You can delete your nibango account at any time, from the app or from this page. You do not need to contact us.

How to delete your account in the app

1. iOS and Android: open Profile → Settings → Delete Account, then confirm.
2. Web: go to Settings → Delete Account, or use the form on this page.

What happens to your data

• Your account is deactivated immediately: your email and username are freed, your avatar and identity-verification documents are deleted, your listings are unpublished and your devices stop receiving notifications.
• You have 30 days to change your mind: sign in again within that period and your account is restored.
• After 30 days everything is permanently deleted: profile, listings and their photos, chats and files, favorites, ratings, offers, bids and reports. This cannot be undone.
• We may keep anonymised records without your identity (for example payment receipts) where the law requires it.
