Delete your account

You can delete your nibango account at any time, from the app or from this page. You do not need to contact us.

How to delete your account in the app

1. iOS and Android: open Profile → Settings → Delete Account, then confirm.
2. Web: go to Settings → Delete Account, or use the form on this page.

What happens to your data

• Your account is deactivated immediately: your email and username are freed, your avatar and identity-verification documents are deleted, your listings are unpublished and your devices stop receiving notifications.
• You have 30 days to change your mind: contact support within that period to restore your account.
• After 30 days your account is permanently anonymised: your name, email, username, phone number, location, profile photo and other profile details are erased and the account can no longer be restored. Listings that were still published are unpublished, and their photos and details are permanently deleted 30 days later.
• Completed transactions and ratings are kept in anonymised form, no longer linked to your identity, to protect the integrity of the marketplace. We may also keep other anonymised records where the law requires it.
